Items can be returned within 7 days of ship date for an exchange, gift card or refund.

All sale items are final sale.

Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned.

We process all returns/exchanges within 3-5 business days of receiving your items. 

Please email kaitlynclothing@yahoo.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

If you wish to return, receive store credit, or exchange an item/s you can either bring the item/s into the Brea location or ship it back.  Please print out our return form and send it back with the item.
